Hey Nancy. Thank you. I will have more content soon currently building an outkitchen. Please use link to find the griddle. Eidoct BBQ Folding Grill Pan with Holes 12" Nonstick Grill Skillet with Wooden Foldable Handle, Camping Cookware-Kabob-Grill Pan for Outdoor Barbecue amzn.eu/d/90uMJDR
So you’re cooking the veggies at the same temperature you set for steaks? I assume not very long.

Hi sherry you'll be supervised! As they are blanched they absorb some of that water. You want to char them so I would say around 10/15 mins at high heat. Give them a toss regularly.
Great videos. Those vegetables look delicious. Where did you get that vegetable tray/basket from as I'd love to get one for my Joe Jr. Cheers, John

Ika! This was after i done a full clean out burn. Once every few months fill the basket with coal and get to inferno levels 400c and let it burn everything. All vents wide open. Next morning brush it off and it will be clean like new.

@@kamadoturkbbq1104 does your gasket get burnt during this process? The gaskets on my big green egg does

Hi Carlo. The big green eggs have synthetic gasket which will deteriorate over time. In a high burn it could damage. However the kamado Joe after series 3 has an oven grade wire mesh gasket which is longer lasting. You could buy this gasket and swap over ok the BGE.

@@kamadoturkbbq1104 awesome thanks for the insight!
Love the video but you're supposed to cook with it closed. thats kinda the point. but all looks very good
You certainly could just eat those veggies, but then you’d be lacking essential amino acids like 🥩
Yeah push all the juices out of that meat 🤦🏻♂️😂
