Kalyana Veetu Sambar Recipe in Tamil | கல்யாண வீடு சாம்பார் | Sambar for Rice in Tamil
In this video we will see how to make kalyana veetu sambar recipe in tamil. This kalayana sambar recipe is a perfect combination for rice. The procedure for making this kalyana sambar is slightly different than making idli dosa sambar and this sambar is better for lunch. As usual we can add vegetables of our choice to the sambar.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Thoor Dal
1/4 cup Moong Dal
2.5 cup Water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
For Roasting:
1/2 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Channa dal
1.5 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
20 Fenugreek
2 drried Red Chillies
10 Curry leaves
2 tbsp Coocnut
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
15 Fenugreek
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
20 Smalll onion
10 garlic
2 red Chillies
2 spring Curry leaves
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 Tomatoes
2 Carrot10 Beans
Drumstick
2 Brinjal
1/2 mango
2 tbsp Sambar powder
required Salt
required Salt
Tamarind extract
1/2 tsp Jaggery
handful Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Ghee
