Disrespect is instead a great opportunity to see millions of followers all around the world recognizing His Holiness as a Boddisattva. Kalu Rinpoche, Thank you so much for your very inspiring comment on the recent controversy about His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Those who criticized His Holiness the Dalai Lama really did not have a clue who His Holiness is and their entire criticism is based on a malicious, doctored video put out by China's Communist Party. I do not think that millions of Chinese Buddhists are happy about this. Nevertheless, His Holiness' love and compassion extends beyond those who are Buddhists, including those Chinese Communist leaders who are trying their best to tarnish his impeccable and pure reputation. Their attempts resulted in total failure and disaster. Kalu Rinpoche, I really appreciate your teachings and wisdom. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors for the benefit of the entire humanity. You are young and you have a bright future.

What a sellout. What he says is tongue in cheek to appease those who pay him. He is actually deeply saddened. He speaks very quietly because he doesn't believe what he says. He is forced to say this, so he can only speak softly. The victim becomes the perpetrator. The victim becomes the gas lighter. He has to say all these nice things to keep the donations coming in. He said he will not say something disrespectful under any circumstance at 7:40. He just gave you the answer. No matter what the Dalai Lama does, he will never say something disrespectful.
