Piyassak is made of beef liver, spices, burnt coconut and braised in coconut milk. Mostly serve in many southern Filipinos special occasions, Muslim halal restaurants etc. The process of cooking is somehow like Chicken Piyanggang, however, the taste of beef liver is what makes it unique and flavorful. My grandmother always cooks this with plain liver without the beef meat, it so delicious will make you eat more rice.
