I just saw kaizo trap on tiktok today and wanted to pause it better to read the code so I went to KZread and then the Reddit page only to find out there were secret endings, only to find out annotations no longer exist, only to find this video😭 You made a masterpiece and I'm glad I get to watch it in its entirety even 7 years later. It's Not a animation it's a game

Let's add the fact that unlike us she sees things from her perspective. All the twists, turns and traps had to be memoriaed.

Makes you understand the characters like Sonic and Mario feel throughout the game, to you it’s just a game but for them it’s a dangerous quest full of terrifying monsters and countless deaths.

Eh, @@awesomezebroz_2949, _New Super Mario Bros._ shows us that death canonically _is_ cheap in Mario games, what with Bowser canonically dying at the end of the first world, then coming back to fight you later on anyways. Sure, he was brought back to life with magic, but that's basically what one-ups are anyways.

When there used to be KZread Annotations, you were able to click on the locked box to take you to the first hidden ending video, the "Good“ ending. The manual has a cursor hovering over the box with a click prompt. It was telling you to click it at that timestamp. It's a shame Annotations killed this meta game because it was so clever

So this is the true ending right? Any other ending is them trapped in the game somehow. Even in the ending where they supposedly escape and the house is trashed if you look for a split second before the screen turns black you can see a coin on the bottom left and the background outside the window goes black, implying they're still trapped in the game. So this ending must be the only one where they are free. That's messed up.

i can understand what you mean, but all the endings are there, except for the "top score" ending credits. i cut them off in a way to simulate when you were supposed to click on an annotation, when they existed.

The score wasn't for them, it was for people following the arg. There were 5 steps, thus 5 points to get.
