5cr investment pe 4.5lakh only profit. Ye bahot kam profit hai. Bank loan ka EMI bhi kam kam 8.5lakh aayega.

52 meter cube ke liye 4-5 cr investment ki jarurat nahi hai... Only 1.5 to 2 cr ki investment lagegi. Aur profit bhi 30-35 % hoti hai.
