Kailash stands out majestic, in silent contemplation among the Himalayan range above the plains of Tibet. Though standing alone, it exuberates power and seem to become one with nature.
As I ascended to Dolma la pass, I was absorbed in the divine magnificence of the landscape. People of different faiths ( Jains, Buddhist, Tibetan Bon and Hindus ) seem to have mysterious, unexplainable experiences on this journey.
Many of us were moved to tears on the first sight of Kailash.
Is it Spiritual or just our own perception?
For me, it was not only a physical pilgrimage but an inner one.
