Seeing everyone fight over such a trivial thing is really painful. Are they twins or not? THAT is the magic that is Vocaloid! They can be ANYTHING! They're stories!! Their ages, relationships, sexualities, all of it is different depending on the story! Theyre like movie actors or story book characters! So rather than argue what they are, just enjoy each story and each story's own canon, and have fun with it! I can see them as either or when it comes to siblings! If you say that theyre not siblings, then this song can be about how theyre just good friends but they start developing feelings for each other and theyre not sure why! Or maybe you say they are siblings, then that ties to the song too! It can be about a forbidden love that, as much as they want it, cant happen, which is EXACTLY what magnet is about! This is what is said on Vocaloid wiki: "Crypton had the intention to distribute them as twins, but this was not adopted. After seeing many works that depict their relationships differently, Crypton announced in a magazine interview that those would meet their ideal. So basically Crypton wanted them to be twins but they flinched (sorry, couldn't find a better word in the dictionary) in front of all the would-be-incest song so they dropped the twins thing. It's like some manga start at very ecchi, but later gets toned down for general audience. I seriously dislike this because I think it's sacrificing pride for money. You can see author's true intention in the very begging, and that is why I see Rin and Len as twins.

Len and Rin are mirror images. Kagamine means mirror sound. It technically is just one of them singing to thaw lives just a little higher. They are depicted as twins to show how they have similar voices. In real life most reins have the same or similar voices.

I've personally always seen them as lovers. But then again, it doesn't matter. This song is about forbidden love, so in this case, can be interpreted as incest. Crypton literally explained that Len and Ren don't have an official relation so they can be whatever the hell you want. If you want them as lovers, cool. As siblings, awesome. In an incestuous relationship? Weird flex but okay. They can even be son and mother or some shit like that. It's like always interpreting Luka and Miku as siblings, or Kaito and Miku as lovers. That's just the way you see it, someone else can see Luka and Miku as lovers, and Kaito and Miku as siblings, it really doesn't matter.

Their in the same project diva package because they were also released together, just like if Project Zola were to get a Project Diva package, they'd all be in the same one.

Rin & Len Kagamine are my favorite Vocaloid ever. There were made to be a duet singer set. First as lover then as twins then it was said they weren't twins nor lovers. In some songs there twins some songs there lovers. Vocaloid is like actors & it just depends on what role there in depends on what they are. Now as to what there really are decided yourself to me there AWSOME!!!

GUYS!!!! Just to clear up confusion Rin and Len were created to look like twins BUT they are neither siblings nor lovers! If you don't believe me look it up it was officially established by Crypton that they were neither! So it isn't twincest!
