Excellent video. Notice how at 8:40 the small bird (probably, a Myna) is following along with the Elephant. As the elephant moves or grazes, it stirs up the insects in the grass, making an easy meal for the bird. An example of commensalism! But sometimes oxpeckers or starlings help the grazing cattle by cleaning them of their ticks or other irritants, forming a symbiotic relationship with the giant grazer.

What a cool video this was.. Your presentation was amazing. Not only the presentation but every visual in the video is excellent... At 7:46 the shot of the elephant taking a bath from the water is all very well… As you said, this will be a good treat for those who love elephants.. Very nicely done Vlog...absolutely wonderful explanation too...but you didn't give the details of the cost of the room, how to book, how many months before to book.. I visited Kabini JLR in 1997 just after my college course, after that several times I tried ,but I really didn't get the rooms at JLR ...pls do hive info on the same. 😊

Brother, elephants in Mudumalai and bandipur is looking different from wetland elephants like, nagarhole, kerala forests etc. The height and size of elephants from dry lands is bit smaller than other. So, it not looking beautiful in my opinion.

Safari for 1 person costs 2k?! Or for whole vehicle
