It's very hard to have PTSD and you have to keep fighting to love thyself. Medication for mood stabilizers help so you dont snap and depression. Pray to God as well for healing and take baby steps. 👶 You have to get out and be around people I know it's hard but support and animals help and meditation when those panic attacks hit 🙏
