Today we are going to see how to make healthy smoothie recipe which will completely control hair fall and all hair related problems - Dry fruits smoothie , If you try this smoothie for 15 days you can see results by your self. Makings of this smoothie is very simple which involves soaking of dryfruits cashews, Badam, sunflower seeds, Chiya seeds, pumpkin seeds and Anjer soak overnight then make it is a smoothie , if you like add coconut water and Banana.     I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time period and also due to the shampoo I had been using.     Tried this with my teenager. Since every ingredient is inherently healthy and nothing bad could come out of it, I didn’t think I have anything to lose by trying. This worked very well in 15 days.     Yes include 1 teaspoon of oats, flaxseeds & peanuts...this is my breakfast since from 2yrs onwards u can observe the changes from 3rd mth onwards even skin will be acne and wrinkles free too...hemoglobin will increase

    I think the residual water collected after soaking nuts overnight should be discarded as it contains toxic substances. I usually drain the water and wash them once before making the smoothie!
