20/4/10 is a stupid theory !! According to your 20/4/10 rule, to buy a Maruti Suzuki Baleno you must have a CTC of more than 30Lakhs per annum. Imagine the cost of car as 1000000₹ Down payment -200000₹ Emi for 4 years ~ @8% is 20000 So your monthly salary must be 200000₹, which is roughly 32lakhs CTC per annum Imagine buying a premium car with this stupid thoery !!!

Exactly brother, I was looking for this comment. I was trying to buy a car, mean time I came across these kind of theories. This is stupidity theory infact, to get a 10 lakh car you require 30 +lpa CTC. Lol if you have that much CTC, why would you go for loan, why can't you pay full. So stopped listening to these foolishness and I bought a Baleno last year. വീഡിയോ ഇട്ട ആളോട്. എല്ലാം നോക്കി ശരിയാക്കി ഒക്കെ കര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കിയാൽ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒന്നും നടക്കില്ല.
