Ingredients -
For Prepare 12-14 Gujiya
For Prepare the Outer Layer
1 Cup Refined Flour/Maida
2 tbsp Melted Ghee
As required Water (For knead the dough)
For Prepare the Stuffing
½ Cup Ripe Mango Pulp
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk Mawa/Unsweetened Khoya
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
As required Ghee (For Deep Fry)
Note - Must Follow your gurughar reet & instructions

Yes it is innovative one We generally makes aamras Bundi Though wife is not here in Kolkata she always makes Ras ni Bundi on occasion of Rathjatra It is traditional item made in whole Dahod district I always remember all items made on occasion Will miss this time Jai Shree Krishna

જય શ્રીકૃષ્ણ હંસાબેન, એક સમયની સેવા હોય અને રાજભોગ સુધીનો સેવા ક્રમ હોય તો રાજભોગમાં આમ્રકુંજ મનોરથ કરવો અને કાની અવશ્ય આપવી, કેરીની બધી સામગ્રી પ્રભુની સન્મુખ ધરવી અને પાકી કેરીનાં ડીંટા કાઢીને સામગ્રીની પાછળ કેરીની છાબ ધરવી, ધરેલી કેરી ફરી થી સામગ્રી કરવાનાં ઉપયોગમાં ન લઈ શકાય, વૈષ્ણવો જો ઘરે દર્શન કરવા પધારે તો બધાને એક બે નંગ કેરી પ્રસાદ તરીકે આપી શકાય છે કાંતો ટૂક કરીને પ્રસાદ તરીકે આપી શકાય છે. આખા દિવસનો સેવા ક્રમ હોય તો સાંજે ઉત્થાપન સમય પછી કેરીનો મનોરથ કરી શકાય છે.
