The HYBE Labels channel has official BTS MVs (including their most popular MVs)...PLUS...MVs for many other groups and artists, like TXT, Enhyphen, Le Sserafim, Seventeen, etc.. But the total number of HYBE Label subscribers is about the SAME as the total number of BangtanTV subscribers. Why? Because they're almost all the same subscribers. It's not like BTS fans subscribe to BangtanTV, but don't bother to subscribe to HYBE Labels (where the most popular BTS MVs are). No, they obviously subscribe to both channels. So it wouldn't really make a difference in the total number of subscribers.

I guess it's human nature for a lot of people to want to live vicariously (in terms of victories and battles) through sports teams and idols, rather than to realize that the heroes are not you and you are not the heroes and then be forced to contemplate the seeming smallness of one's own existence.

@Siti Markonah no actually you are wrong ... many armys have not subscribed to Bangtan TV thinking that they only upload their fun playtime videos n dance practices there, whereas many have not subbed to Hybe Labels cuz it has a Lotta grps mvs - just like u stated , so either way if bangtan TV has more subs than Hybe even without uploading any official mv , it would cross Blackpink channel if it had official mv cuz then armys who haven't subbed to bangtan TV would sub to it also ! This is not an opinion , but a fact !

@@haunguyen1008 The HYBE channel at present has 65.5 million subscribers and that is with it currently having all of the BTS music videos on it PLUS music videos of TXT, Seventeen, Enhyphen, Le Sserafim, Nu'est and Fromis_9...plus many other miscellaneous videos. That's BTS plus 6 other popular groups. And yet the HYBE Labels total subscriber count is about the same as the BTS count shown in this video. I think almost all of the subscribers to the separate BangtanTV (BTS) channel are basically also subscribers of the HYBE channel, so they are duplicates, not additional. One subscriber only counts once on one channel, but can subscribe to another channel at the same time. It's hard to imagine that there are many subscribers at all on the BTS channel that would not also be subscribers of the HYBE channel. No doubt, BTS is the most popular group generally, but some people are trying to imply that the Bangtantv channel would have a lot more subscribers if that's where their music videos were uploaded. But I don't think that is correct. It would just mostly be the same subscribers that also are subscribers of HYBE. So bottom line is that it probably would not change the results shown in this video.

Once upon a time kpop 3rd gen started getting rly popular. Its channels started gettkng more popular, starting with RealVIXX Soon EXO(sm) came and pushed to 1st with most subscribers. It stayed like that for sometime, then iKon(yg) decided to come and got to 1st quickly. Another yg group WINNER also came in the top 7. iKon as well as BTOB became quite popular, but then in 2013, small 7 member boy band from a small company came along and debuted quietly. But soon, it became know worldwide as BTS, or Bangtan Soyeondan from HYBE or Bighit. Quickly it became massively popular with hit songs like "Dynamite", "Butter", "DNA" etc. For a small period of time, iKon got back to 1st witg most million subs, the MAMAMOO shot ahead of BTS. But soon, bts got back to 1st. BUT then, in August 2016, a small 4 member girl group from a big company, YG ent. , appeared. It was BLACKPINK. They debuted with 2 smash hit songs, BOOMBAYAH and Whistle. Instanly their fame rose and not soon, by 2017, they had caught up with BTS. BLACKPINK continued to trail behind BTS, until in 2018, they released THE huge song, DDU-DU-DDU-DU. Instantly they became the KPOP group with the most subscribers, amd still are.

its not only here but if u look at kpop Spotify streams the gap is huge even bet 1st n 2nd place the frst have 28Billion streams n the scnd spot has like 6billion...so the difference is huge huge despite unlike yt bet frst n scnd place

@@saniamajumder8738 hmm thsts bcoz blackpink has only like 23 songs meanwhile BTS has like 200 songs....but with only 23 songs bp managed to reach 7b streams on Spotify and about to surpass little mix as the most streamed gg in the world...LM have like 7.6 b ...one song from bp and they will surpass them..also u really can't compare BTS and BP on Spotify coz bp has like 2% of the discography bts has...if we count the streams of the first 23songs of BTS then I'd bet they won't even reach 5b streams on Spotify...but bp reached 7b with thier first 23songs...now that's impact

The HYBE channel, where all of the BTS MVs are uploaded has about the same total number of subscribers as the BTS channel because nearly 100% of BTS channel subscribers also subscribe to the HYBE channel (obviously). So it would not make any difference. Do you seriously think that most BTS fans do not already subscribe to the HYBE channel where all of the BTS MVs are uploaded? You can't ADD the subscribers of the HYBE channel to the BTS channel because they're mostly the same people and one subscriber can only subscribe once to one channel. The HYBE channel has ALL of BTS MVs ...PLUS...MVs for several other popular groups, but its total number of subscribers is still around 65 million.

BTS's most popular songs/MVs ever are already uploaded on HYBE Labels channel. The total number of subscribers on that channel is about the same as the total for Bangtan TV. Why? Because they're the same people/subscribers. You can't add the subscribers from the MV channel to the number of subscribers on Bangtan TV because the same people are subscribing to both already. Plus even with BTS's most popular MVs and MVs for other groups and artists (like TXT, Seventeen, The 8, Enhyphen, Dvwn, Le Sserafim, Gfriend and Fromis9, the total subscribers for HYBE Labels is still not the most subscribed ever.

Watching BTS and Blackpink's growing distance from all other groups is mesmerizing. They are the leaders of their (k-pop) generation, not because of this but because of their success. Still, even if they prove themselves, people still compare them to groups like Exo and Twice, I have nothing against them. But let's not fight with the obvious. They won't be called the best groups for nothing. Let's face it and support them (since being on top is already problematic).
