/ qtv Canadian hip-hop artist K-OS was Q's 'Friday Live' guest to coincide with the release of his new album 'Yes!'. He performed two songs and sat down for a chat. This is the first song he performed and the first single from the new album. This is a stripped down version of the original.

AH he lives in Vancouver! That explains why I keep seeing him on stage with other bands at the commodore. K-OS is so awesome.
I can't believe I missed his show in Halifax a few weeks ago!! He mentioned it and everyhting. He's come here a few times in the last few years but for some reason I never ended up going. Stupid on my part.
I loved k-os before watching this but when he quoted John Frusciante of the red hot chili peppers, my respect grew soo much. It was like Jesus talking about Mumhammad.
OMG talking about fitting in with your country's culture (Kanye trying to fit into hundreds of yrs, where in Canada because Canada is still a young country). He seems really deep and intelligent!
He's almost 40, he's not THAT young. I agree with you though, he is very cool and you can tell he has some depth in the way he speaks.
