Cumin seeds half tbsp Fennel seeds 3/4 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp Kasuri methi Jaggery 2 small pc Half cauliflower boil with turmeric n water 2 onions chopped 1 big tomato chopped finely 1 potato Cook potato n cauliflower in cooker for 3 whistle Kashmiri powder 3 tbsp Add hot water n mix it Take a pan add half TSP big n small jeera heat both n grind Add oil in a pan add onion n tomato Add salt Mash potato n cauliflower Add ginger garlic paste 1.5 TSP 2 chillies Add turmeric half tbsp Mallipodi 1.5 tbsp Add chilli paste and mix well Add jeerakam Add cauliflower potato mix Add kasuri methi Add salt Cook in med flame 15 mnts Add jaggery pc
