क्या हील पैन का सम्बंध thyriod से है।सर् में thyriod पेशेंट हु 2011 से तभी से heel पैन है ,150mcq thyronorm tablet लेती हूं।पर जिस दिन मिल्क या दही, मठा, लेती हूं दर्द बहुत बढ़ जाता है और ये सब नही खाने पर heel pain कम हो जाता है ।stariod के इंजेक्शन से भी डर लगता है इनको लगवाने के बाद मोटे हो जाते है means weight gain हो जाता है स्टेरिओड से।कोई उपाय बतलायें pls🙏
