    I had the idly only once when I went to Kanchi and moment I ate it I felt, "Idly satyam, jagat mithya". I was the most delicious idly I had. I regret not buying more of them, since it was raining and we had only like 3hrs allotted for Kanchi in our trip unluckily. Really, thanks for the video and recipe. I'll surely try the recipe.

    Extreemely a great job covered by Mr.Dena!! I am from Malaysia and truely fascinated with your program. Great thanks to the uncle & his wife for their kindness in sharing their trade secret recepies. No matter how well or accurate we may try at home, i believe it would never be the same as what we see from in this program because it was done by a great cook who mastered it overtime plus putting in all his love & passion into it.     Absolutely love the video Chef Dee! 450 grams rice : 375 grams would add up to 2 cup raw rice : 1 3/4 cup urad dal in terms of proportion and a tablespoon of Zeera, Pepper, Asafoetida and Chukku/ Dry Ginger! I wonder how much fenugreek to add to this!?

    அண்ணா உங்க வீடியோ எல்லாம் பிடிக்கும் எனக்கு. அதுலயும் காஞ்சிபுரம் இட்லி மிக அருமை. உங்க கிரீடத்தில் ஒரு விலைமதிப்பற்ற வைரக்கல்லை சூடியது போல் உள்ளது. ஐயா அவர்கள் உங்கள் கூட மிகவும் அருமையாக பழகுவது என் மனதை நெகிழச் செய்கிறது. நான் உங்கள் வீடியோ அனைத்தையும் பார்த்திருந்தாலும் மெசேஜ் அனுப்புவது இல்லை. ஆனால் இப்போது என்னால் மெசேஜ் செய்யாமல் இருக்க முடியவில்லை.
