The Fandom is no [longer] constrained by canon. That is all.

Still maintain my belief that Daybreaker would have been a fine S9 finale villain. FiM started with Celestia being a mentor to Twilight, and defeating Luna's alter ego, Nightmare Moon. FiM ends with Twilight, now a princess, having to save her former mentor from HER alter ego, Daybreaker, with Luna's help. So many parallels.

Nobody tried to redeem him. Cozy Glow? Nobody tried to redeem her. Chrysalis? She was offered friendship once and refused. But Starlight did the same, she refused friendship once and was given another chance. Chrysalis was not given another chance. By changing them to stone, they just continue an endless cycle of violence, hatred and vengeance. The 3 Villains will never accept friendship after this It is really a bad decision in my opinion

So we've seen that Celestia and Luna both have evil alter egos, and that when Cozy becomes an alicorn and takes all of discord's power, that she too has an overpowered evil side, so we can only assume that Cadence, Twilight, and Flurry also have this within them.

We already saw twilight’s , well technically human twilight’s. Maybe Pony twilight’s evil side may be different. Cadence probably doesn’t have one, I mean she’s the princess of love, The magic of love within her is strong enough for her not to have an alter ego, and flurry heart literally has the love of not only her parents and aunt and her friends, but the love of an entire empire. So the only evil side that still hasn’t showed up is pony twilight’s.

If i remember well, this scenario is in a way represented in the IDW comic book in an arc where a younger Celestia visited a different dimension through another magic mirror. In the dimension the evil ones where Celestia and Luna and king Sombra was the good guy who opposes them and is also the lover of the Celestia or somethibg like that

It seems the male voice is one of Celestia's Royal Guard and the female voice is one of Luna's Night Guard, and the phrases from the male voice "We are the mountains, the woods, the fields" seems to stem from how the sun is required for plants to flourish and then the female voice "We are the rivers, the shore, and the sea" is likely a reference to how the moon controls tides. Dunno about you but thats some damn good lyricism. Smart lyricism.

I think When 1 of them says "i gave you my sword" that was celestia saying how she protected equestria and the other said " i gave you my life i gave you my blood" is how luna protected ponies in their dreams

While twilight’s friends keep equestria’s ponies safe,and cadence and shining protecting the empire and flurry, she alone has to face them,her two mentors that she love so much, both gave in to the dark side. Daybreaker was filled with pride. Nightmare Moon was marinated in jealousy. Both sisters of light promised their subjects a greater and brighter future, and their armies threw their lives away with hope for a better tomorrow. However in the end, it was clear that the two sisters of day and night had no longer cared about their people, but rather to accomplish their ambitions through any means possible. The royal duo were not saving Equestria from the other, but instead they are destroying the land. Now the citizens of the Solar Empire and Lunar Republic have united to stop the madness of their once beloved princesses. What will the future of Equestria have in store in this turn of events?

I got done wanting the whole series in 2020, starting from March to October, and I was crying my eyes out when I watched the last episode. The shows truly is something real special so, embrace every chance you get to watch it. I love that song so much. And I think you're right. They parallel so well (besides being in the same key, my favorite F# 🤗). Lullaby is still my number one MLP song fave, but this is pretty high up there. After the first listen...now that is a powerful song. 😄

This is, in my opinion, one of the best fan songs that I’ve ever heard, even counting all the songs I’ve heard over the years I’ve known about MLP. Everything from the singers, the lyrics, the instruments, the artwork, the harmonies, and the story it tells is top-notch and worthy of praise. What an amazing job everyone has done! This has almost a million views as of this comment, and I believe that it deserves every last one.

I know I'm late, but I just realized that the line 'Cold winds will come like a storm, destroying everything, everyone we love' could have a double meaning. Cold winds could be associated with Nightmare Moon and the cold and ice that we see she's creating. On the other hand, however, it could represent the Wendigos, as they are spirits of cold (cold winds) that overtake Equestria when Harmony fails (will come like a storm), and oftentimes are very destructive (destroying everything, everyone we love). If that's the case, then Jyc Row is even better at songwriting than I originally thought.

Same here. I rarely watch any pony stuff anymore, it's usually "The Moon Rises" or "Come Little Children" when I do. Then I click on this and I'm blown away. This song is sub worthy.

Upon listening to this masterpiece for the 100th time, I realized that the artwork has crystals sprouting from the ground beside Nightmare Moon…..which we now know is Nerath’s forte. I’m unsure if this was intentional foreshadowing or not, but it’s brilliant!

It would have been amazing to me if the MLP FiM series had ended with Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker(Nightmare Star? Got no idea.). I saw this for a few reasons. 1. It would have brought back some amazing nostalgia for those of us who have been watching since the first episode came out back in like, 2012. 2. Daybreaker would finally have use instead of being a, "Oh hey I remember you, your just a nightmare" kind of character. 3. It would give Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker a purpose other than just being an annoying side character and a character we've heard nothing from or about since season one episodes one and two. Hasbro, please, please give this characters use if you make gen five!

I admit it would have been amazing to have more backstories about those "dark side" of Alicorn, and having them as final villains would also have been great. Welp, now that the show ended, I think we will have to read/write fanfic about that!

Personally would've preferred if Luna had to destroy/banish Celestia as Daybreaker to make it come full circle since she never actually got to rule. Then Twilight could take over after that and still be a blend of sun and moon.

I'm not gonna stop saying it this is the best song I've ever heard in my whole life it's just, perfect, aND IT'S PONY RELATED!!!! EEEEEEEEEEE!!! I literally cannot stop myself from coming back to it. I'm always like "I haven't listened to this in a while. Better go and listen." Thank you for blessing my existence with this masterpiece of sound.

@Jyc Row, I have a question. In the project after this song is "Night Queen VIP". If this are happened, does that appearance of "Night Queen" (after "against the Sisters) mean that Nightmare Moon, after presuming death, will take over the ruling. If that would happen, this would be a very good plot twist. OH NO! OR BETTER! "After battle, when both armies left battlefield in peace, Nightmare Moon woke up from coma and after realizing that everyone She trusted, literally everyone betrayed her, she finally found out, she will not be able to fight her army in her condition. For that, she set up a little fire that brought back life to her Sister. Awoken Sister agreed to keep peace between her and the Black Alicorn. They both waited patiently for days, hidden far from Soldiers, whose slowly started rebuilding their homes. Both Sisters restored their uncontrollable powers. When both alicorns set ready, they started their brutal counter attack. Daybreaker set the sun up and caused extreme Heat, that slowly wiped away Army's plants, next cause Fire, that destroyed their houses. Exhausted Soldiers were left without their homes. The only other option was sleeping under the open sky, which was still burning. Soldiers (who didn't know that Heat was caused by Daybreaker) slightly started to regret their choise, the "murder", and they realised that nobody left alive to control the Sun and Moon. They started to pray for some cool air, nobody knew, to who they were sending prayers. Daybreaker let Nightmare Moon do her task. Every Soldier suffered from burns on their skins. Nightmare Moon waited, until Daybreaker slowly set down the Sun. All Nightmare Moon 's doing was waiting, until the air cooled down. She didn't have to do anything. The midnight air became as cold as soldiers never imagined, even NLR Soldiers. The soldiers, before weakened by burns, now died due to freezing night. When part of Soldiers died away, Nightmare Moon raised her Moon, crimson red Moon. Everyone, who saw this Moon, realised, what signs they saw. Sisters of Eclipse returned. " (Night Queen VIP starts playing) After massive extinsion of Soldiers, Younger sister unwillingly let her Sister take her part. Rising Sun showed Betrayers' remains. Nobody Won. Sisters kept rising their Sun and Moon during their neverending lives, realised that their revenge made things worse forever.

For the next step of the story, you'll need to wait until the next IE track is released! I still have a LOT in mind and need to work a lot on the next couple of tracks for IE, to close the prequel and properly start "Infinite Eclipse" :p

This song is absolutely beautiful. Being a MLP fan for a good chunk of my life, I can say that this definitely should've been in the series. Great job on this song.

Whenever I see your name alongside PrinceWhateverer, I know it's going to be a treat. And what a treat this was! I think it perfectly encapsulated the vibe of an epic struggle against overwhelming odds. Common ponies banding together to fight against tyranny and restore peace to Equestria. The art that goes along with it is one of an epic showdown about to take place and the menacing aura it gives off is astounding! Great job to both of you, and I hope to buy the CDs soon, if not digital!

Glad you like it! This song would probably be the most "heroic" track from Infinite Eclipse, so I wanted to give the vibe of something from the point of view of the resistance, together. As someone who grew up watching both old and new MLP, I must say, I am beyond proud to see the musical side thriving. And I know, that Jo matter what, the MLP fandom will never truly die. Even when we're all forgotten, someone will discover all we left behind and give the new generation the MLP we all know and love.

I think this fandom is not dieing because people like myself love this sort of music. I would love to see this on itunes. As I love this song.

This song has NO right being this awesome! It's so empowering to listen to I love it!

This song quite literally took my breath away. I can feel my heart thumping in my chest from all the adrenaline this song made me feel. Everything was on point. Side note: while listening to music, I like to imagine their videoclips. For this one I picture the singer marching for war, with skirmish around them. As the song progresses, sparks from the sword clashes fly at them and there is a strong wind current going against them as the keep going. By the end, no one is left standing but the singers, face to face against the sisters, grinning at them. Fades to black. I WISH I COULD ANIMATE THIS SO BADLY

Two opposing forces uniting in the midst of battle to stop their leaders and being _annihilated_ in the process. The last time I saw something like this was in _Mockingjay_. This is your best masterpiece yet. Prince and Celica, you two get in here and stand with Jyc; your singing talents here are beyond description right now.

Hope g5 has more of this kinda of stuff. MLP g4 was good, but in my opinion it was a little too childish for me.

Dang, finally properly visiting the musical side of the MLP fandom kinda fully realizes what makes this show unique. These songs, the fan animations, etc. all make this show feel so much bigger than it is. I swear the amount of fan content I’ve seen has surpassed the amount of time I’ve put into the actual show, and it only bolsters my appreciation for it. Back on topic, it’s already been said but this song slaps.

Guys it’s really strong this magic of friendship. This fandom is still alive. Keep this up this this fandom never dies because this is power of friendship and hope for this justice it’s still alive. You’ve never say it will die. This franchise has been around for our childhood and our our hearts Gen z what’s worth finding for the reason to win is to give this fandom a second chance and let this be a good start. Let’s make this fandom one the best we ever have for our lives.

Wow! I haven't heard anything that epic for a while. The vocals, the instrumental, the lyrics - everything about this track is perfect! It's awesome that the fandom keeps making this kind of masterpieces.

I'm 20 years old. I still don't understand why I fell in love with the my MLP universe? This universe attracts me and attracts me and asks me to come back. Though I'm not in this fandom, I can certainly appreciate the musical and artistic genius here

Im gonna be honest and say that after being out of the fandom for years I thought the fandom was dead. Seeing this in my recommended made my heart skip a beat and my eyes widened. Fan music posted on 2020? And on top of that, amazingly done and an absolute master piece? INCREDIBLE! I got serious goose bumps. This is exactly like the ealry years of MLP FiM when i got to see fan music made as the years went through. I got tears on my eyes. :')

Oh, you know, the musical scene of brony fandom has never been more alive than now! To be honest, in term of quality, it's much more higher now than it was before. If you want to check a bit the current scene, I'd advise you to check Ponies at Dawn's channel (link in description), which is currently the biggest "pony label" out there! :)

Like Jyc Row said, definitely check out Ponies at Dawn. I also recommend Cider Party, too. Both channels feature different kinds of music and artwork the community has made. Once you start searching for some fan material, it will begin coming into your recommendations more. Also, Equestria Daily seems to still be engaging with the pony community despite the end of the recent series. Search and you will find, my friend. If you have an interest, always look around the web. Communities exist for all kinds of media and niche stuff, but you have to find it. Normally, it will not find you as easily. Good luck searching for stuff! I hope you enjoy the fandom and especially the works of Jyc Row, friends, and voice actors! Cheers!

So far, this track is part of the prequel of my "Infinite Eclipse" project, like "Sun of the Night", "Lunar Rebellion" and "Night Queen", I still have a lot to write and to work on that project, so it'll take time ^^ Though, about this specific track, there's a bit of the story in the description! ;)

Just thought of something, anypony remember the alternate timelines created by starlight Glimmer? Remember that one of them was a barren wasteland? What if that barren wasteland was the result of that exact scenario that jyc row is trying to portray in his infinite eclipse series?

I don't think so. Because it would be wasteland of Fire and Icey Crystals if that was the case. Wouldn't be a barren wasteland completely, more like, as I said, land of fire and ice. But that is interesting though.

@@ScourgeIsBestVillain crystals age and turn to dust, and fire, without any fuel burns out, who knows how long ago that particular timeline occured, time travel always makes things more complicated than it needs to be, but who knows maybe we didnt see the fire and crystals, it only showed one portion, not the portion where the battle most likely took place, likely a large field or something, the map was near ponyville, so maybe the reason we didn't see any fire or crystals is because the location they were in didn't have any fire or ice or any crystals, but you do have a good point.
