really appreciated these videos. even these ones you posted over a year ago. everytime i get a new (new to me) car or truck which is like once every 2 months. i come here to see what's the best lights i can put on it. These lights will probably end up on a 1985 Suburban i just bought that has a first gen Cummins Swap. my new tow pig for picking up all the other cars i buy. lol

Chris, what about the 7" round JW Speaker? Please do a test. Compare it to Truck-Lite or Rigid Industries Heated 7" round, Heated.

Does it come with a base for HotRod install or custom install?

Does the blacked out lights have a different light output or identical somehow? Is it just glare or does the DRL have that ugly splash of color on the rest of the bulb?

Those lights are Badass! How much are they for a pair!

Just ordered mine for my internal 9900i can't wait to get them and put them on

Awesome headlights, what I don't like was I was not given warning by headlight revoloution of having these lights on order and then had to call to find out they need to be shipped from the manufacturer and usually takes 4+ weeks... with no mention of a wait time.

We're sorry to hear this! Did you check the headlight listing description for the models you ordered? It's very possible we made a mistake, but generally speaking all items that have a delay from JW Speaker have a note in the description saying so. At any rate, we'll look into putting something in process that makes this more clear!

@@HeadlightRevolution it would be helpful. I will be ordering the 2nd headlight this week. A little cost prohibitive but I'd like to get the best and be done with it. Shipments aren't really a fault of yours, what drew me to HR was the no bs stance on showing which products are junk and which are good which is valuable to consumers. The vehicle I'm putting these on is a summer toy so I'm not in a terrible rush. Looking forward to trying out these lights.

I just ordered 2 and will be looking forward to seeing how they work

Must say I have jw speaker lights, they are good. But had issues with trying to return one that quit working after 2 or so years. After i got a cold shoulder from the jw people I just decided to not sweat it and just buy another. Still worth it.

They are great products, and you should totally have gotten that covered under warranty! As long as you had your original order information, and the product, then they should totally have replaced that for you! If you purchased that headlight from us, then we would totally get that replaced for you if you email in! Sales@HeadlightRevolution.com

YES, they do not want returns. I had one not work from the box and they replaced it, the other went dead after 6 months and they blamed me for not using a shop to install but why would I, I am a SEA certified mechanic. They then gave me the cold shoulder too so went with Trucklite.

I installed these on my 13 ford econoline I love driving at night and early in the morning now. So bright with high beam can see everything so clear and super far down the road

Aren’t headlight upgrades amazing? I used to dislike driving at night mostly because I didn’t know I needed glasses and also had terrible forward lighting. Now I have a quad setup with 3” NHK V Bi-LED projectors in my low beam spot and the Morimoto HB LED high beam projector in my high beam spot. Now I absolutely love the low beams already and the amazing sharp and colorful blue/purple flicker. Because I have BI-LED projectors and supplemental high beam only LED projectors when I get a chance to use my high beams on dark roads and no one’s around, I do! And I am always so blown away by how much I can see! It actually makes me offer to drive at night for friends now just so I can enjoy my lighting upgrades. Plus I always get excited when someone says, “hey! How’s you get your lights like that?” Then I get to explain to them what I did and for people who don’t modify stuff like that, it’s always either puzzling to them, or they say, “want to do it to mine?” Lol. No thank you, not unless you’re paying me.

In canada via the daytime running lights it seems my low beams are on at all times. Is the small led wire an additional light to this feature? Will the low beam still come on as normal without using that red centre led wire?

Yes, your low beam will still function as your DRL.

Will this headlight need to be adjusted from the factory preset position of the OEM headlight? You know point up or down left right.

Those vehicles look to take a 5x7 headlight housing, so if you could confirm this then these will totally fit! Both these 8910 and the 8900 DO NOT work on 2B1/H6054 5x7 lights.

@@HeadlightRevolution I believe it must be that the circuit for these 2B1/H6054 lights includes one voltage input leg and two ground legs. I just spent the better part of a month in email exchanges with JWS to get them working in my Chevrolet Astro with no success. JWS even sent a relay harness hoping to enable switching in the circuit. I commend their effort in attempting to make it work for me, but without a modification to the circuit, these just won't do. I'm disappointed further because I spent extra money at an installer shop for diagnostics, and I was hoping to add a 9049-3 for an incredible lighting solution.

So, who is picking up the tab to record this information? Cause even going off of accident reports, that is a hell of a lot of data to mine. Second is that those reports will not give you all the information you need. I don't think most reports will say the trim level of a vehicle, or if it had reflector vs projector headlights, if the driver had changed the bulbs...etc.
