About Morey Croson and The Performance Lab of California:
My name is Morey Croson, founder of The Performance Lab of California. Over the last 5 years, through our teaching of proper biomechanics, we have been able to help people of all ages with their athletic performance, prevent and rehab injuries, and most importantly get the results that our clients are looking for. By using the newest technology, we are able to assess, target, and apply our knowledge to help you perform at a higher level without experiencing any pain. Our main focus is to find the cause of any weakness or injury and strengthen that area through a series of treatments and exercises. The Performance Lab of California has established itself as one of the top sports performance companies in Southern California.
The Performance Lab of California provides an in-depth analysis of movement from throw, swing, jump or lift. Here is an example of how in depth we look at how to create maximum velocity and speed.

Let me piggy back on the angles after block clearance with respect to the body alignment. The shank angles is what is going on in the beginning, with relationship to the ground. The body is obviously at rest at the start. So you need force/power and being in that body alignment, upon block clearance, you are not in a position to sprint fast. You are pushing back to go forward, to offset friction, and inertia in this body alignment. So keeping the head down longer while in this body alignment, allows for you to generate the force/power to help propel you downward/outward on the track and not upward.

I have a theory about Bob after watching Justin since he CHANGED his style. Justin's changed form has him getting much more force to the ground without a hammer. It's more like "torque". Well, I wonder if Bob, with all of his height, got fast when he was younger because he had been running... Hills.... 🤔 he had all that torque and thus, he didn't need such wasyed energy in high knee lift...
