Forced displacement of Ukrainian people by Russians could be a tantamount to crimes against humanity. And if it can be established that it is done internationally and systematically, that just joins a long list of allegations of abuse. During the lecture at KSE founder of the International Justice Lab Kelebogile Zvobgo discussed justice for Ukraine because of Russia's invasion.
Kelebogile Zvobgo is also an assistant professor of government at William & Mary, a faculty affiliate at the Global Research Institute. Her research engages questions in human rights, transitional justice, and international law and courts, and has been published in journals including International Studies Quarterly and the Journal of Human Rights. Her writing has appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, and The Washington Post, among others.
