M confused too . Masondo testified that the serial numbers of the firearm were retrieved and the owner found. The judge even went on to explain how the process of retrieving numbers takes place scientifically. Jiki jiki no they were not found what is really happening here. The witnesses said the intruder with a gun was dark in complexion and number 3 is a very clear yellow bone.

The reason why the firearm was not destroyed within 6 months period prescribed by the act. Was to contaminate interfere with crime scenes and fabricate stories about such firearms ☹️ if these balistic were so clear and unambiguous. Why then have accused number 1 in this case 😂

I still believe the evidence was planted. They should check Longwe's height and look for splinter injuries on his feet. There is a possiblity that Zandi was injured while trying to separate Longwe and Senzo because Senzo was defending Mthoko. Tumelo said Mthoko does not like fighting and Mthoko said Longwe did not greet them which was true because he probably had a problem with the fact that Mthoko spent the night with Zandi, Senzo and Kelly.

Accused 3 should point Kelly that she borrowed a gun from him on 25th and the truth will surface.. The defense are not doing there homework well..

Not so. It is accused no5 who was in jail when Senzo was killed. What connects them is no3 cellphone. He saved no5 cellphone number by the name UMFOKA KHUMALO Accusedno5 dialed Kelly cellphone no prior Senzo murder. Looks like no5 is a hit men who was hired by the mastermind then he outsourced th job to accused no3 as he was in jail n couldn't do it himself. Accused no3 should tell the truth
