ATM to challenge Phala Phala report
The African Transformation Movement is heading to court to challenge
the Acting Public Protector's Phala Phala report.
This after Adv. Kholeka Gcaleka cleared President Cyril Ramaphosa of
any wrongdoing over the theft of foreign currency from his Limpopo
farm.
ATM leader Vuyo Zungula says Ramaphosa is involved at Phala Phala farm.

@@juniormolefe3046 Yes of-course. On condition that you will fully accept court outcomes when it says the report is legal and valid. Just as much as I will fully accept if it says it’s not. However, if you had read the report, it would assist you to comment a little differently, rather than misinformation.

Another monumental waste of money and time by the ATM. Does ATM ever really addressed other real bread and butter issues affecting ordinary people other than spending almost their entire first term in politics focusing on Ramaphosa..... Was he sent to parliament to only fight Ramaphosa and nothing else or what?
The owner of any business is responsible for what is going on or in his business. He must decide how to handle/deals with cases or things in the business.

Most things are only illegal if it’s Zuma. Ramaphosa doesn’t do illegal things from what I’m told. If it was illegal before as soon as he does it it becomes legal.
