Justice Department report alleges Phoenix police discriminate, use excessive force
The 126-page Justice Department report alleges the Phoenix Police Department engaged "in a pattern or practice" of discriminating against Black, Hispanic and Native Americans, using "excessive force, including unjustified deadly force," violating free speech rights and unlawfully detaining homeless people. The Phoenix police union rejected the report.

I don't even live in Phoenix and from what I have sought from multiple videos this has been already known by me. But #BackTheBlue 🙄. It should also be mentioned that a lot of police officers that violated conduct on the East Coast would get a job transfer over to Phoenix hoping that they will deny it but that led to a lot of bad police officers in the Phoenix area. Videos showing that as facts as well because of the police Union
LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT needs to be investigated.

Have you seen the state of Los Angeles? Lax policing is why crime is so rampant there. Leave the Arizona police department alone. Just looking for scape goat for a lack of personal accountability.
