Best use of technology should be to enable persons at the helm of affairs in Judiciary, to monitor the corrupt, unethical and unprofessional practices of the court staff, law officers including judicial officers which they indulge in to delay the trial process. This causes a lot of mental and physical pain and sufferings to the litigants who are seeking justice. While facing delays, the litigants feel that all such elemental people involved in the process of court trials look like mocking the judicial process and conveying they possess autocratic powers and litigant is just dispensable entities.

You have no Idea what he is up to. If he becomes chief justice then with in matter of 10 years he will destroy our IITs, meritocracy, increase reservation to the extreme level ,thus stopping India's growth.

This is the fact but certain things I have hearing since my childhood for 60 years but nothing great happened. In the course of time things came in the country. Successive governments the main motto remained the same. All the politicians made their futures. Common man remained there only. If really and honestly take out all the money, property which is unaccounted i can't think it can be thousands of lakcs of crores. The loan of 140 lac crores would have been peanut. So don't trust anybody or any organization. We are forced to trust several things which we really don't trust. Only hippocrisy and only hippocrisy existed.

Implementation of Technology in court rooms are appriciated but the technical persons wroking in Courts are suffered hard and till now not regularised after working from 2009 and striving hard for their service in many states of India.

Our indian constitution is amended more than 100 times.but we have to see truth that how many indians gone through the constitution it may be less than 5 percent. Hence in regional languages, indian constitution copies are to be distributed in each house in india

Technology means a true document proof record at finger tips, to reduce the court proceedings time, enable fast jurisdiction process, to reduce national loss in terms of working hours, investments in projects etc. Even AI results as per laws also helps to come to a final conclusion.

How do we talk to each other? Earlier we did it with love and as Indians, there was unity today we talk to each other based on religion. Why? Love vs hatred. In human rights protection act 1993 it is mentioned of human rights courts in all district level all over India.But human rights courts are not established all over India even though act came into force in 1993

The first and foremost is a spacious and well equipped /infrastructure facilities required in every Courts. Sadly the Court rooms of JMFC/ Sessions are really poor. The working conditions of staff in every such court MUST be improved. The Hon'ble judges are working hard for the citizens' betterment but they ignore the poor working conditions of themselves and other supportive staff. The cleanliness and record handling are very bad in many smaller courts. Some are extremely congested. As far as Legal Aid advocates are concerned, constant training and monthly review on alloted matters are very important. As recommended by Lordship, technology can really help us to achieve much wanted results in judicial reforms. For a passionate young crowd, qualitative education and continuous training are MUST.

Our MiLords would love us to think that Techonology is the solution to everything in life. It is a tool but the real solution our MiLords doing their job. Live streaming of High Courts gives us excellent insight into how cases are conducted. But that Live streaming hasn't lead to better outcomes. Live streaming hasn't stopped arrest warrants against Lawyers for providing vakalatnama for their clients by the Police. It hasn't reduced the Judicial culture of adjournments. (Instead, we got a bunch of Judges who lecture us about "appropriate" behaviour.) If Technology is the solution then Live streaming should have improved outcomes of our Justice system however it has failed miserably. Why? Because Technology can't replace enforcement action of a judge. No amount of money, technology, resources can solve the issue of a judge refuses to uphold rule of law. MiLords should start doing their job.
