I really enjoyed this Justhis really gave a good performance. I had no idea yea he looks really good for his age.

It's intresting that you called, "that ain't real" (last song) a commercial song- because the last line is literally, "I just gave you what you wanted, but that ain't real" . I think it's more him making a statement that he wants to do his own thing- i liked your interpretation too though

I appreciate that juxtaposition where he shows I can give you all the commercial bs you want but then the cherry on top is it isn't real and as my fans you know that isn't me. true artistry when you do stuff like that. it's not just music it's art at that point.

I love how you instantly understand what aesthetic he's going for and what position he holds in the Korean rap scene, great analytical skills. I'd like to recommend anything from BewhY, if nobody has recommended him yet. You also earned a sub, cheers from Korea!

Yes, I have learned Killing Verse means they are established or better-known artists in the Korean music industry. Where Rising verse brings us the new emerging talent to discover. 17:49 he was thinking about retiring, and that's what the previous song was about At the end he didn't retired (obviously) and had his best years ever after this Killing Verse, so it was a great decision The last song was about how some rappers write really shitty lyrics and flows so he was copying them talking about pussy, money and all that shit. That's why he end it with "I just gave you everything you want but that ain't real" Also, Killing Verse in general are that, killing verses. Verses that are considered their best, and most rappers just do that, but in JUSTHIS's case he actually mostly did songs of artist from his label (IMJMWDP), personal to him and filled with a 3 minutes freestyle, so he didn't really did his -considered- best verses He's considered one of the best rappers in Korea in terms of skills so he didn't have to show anything but still his Killing Verse is considered one of the best even considering that He really has amazing skills and his lyrics are pretty good, although in translation it always lose some meaning even if you do a good translation , so it's kinda hard to really appreciate

Firstly Id like to say a big thank you as you got me started on this journey of K Hiphop. Now to this comment this is such a dope detail to this performance as I didn't understand the nuance the platform was bringing with the "Killing Verse" But I also was unaware that these songs are not all his but songs from established known talent that he respects and thinks are great verses. He has to be a massive star to do that and it be looked at as okay. In america you have to become a Jay Z to do that and even then it might not be received well. Its a big nod of respect and comradery we dont have in the American hiphop scene. This Is something we could learn from them. I would definitely like to hear more from him as his performance was top tier there's a reason he can do a set of other peoples music and still have it considered as good as any other killing verse. Thank you again for the comments and suggestions they have all been super great.

From the 1st song you enjoy it is call either junk flavor or bad flavor. Then it was begger by Giriboy. That's if you wanted to check them out. As one said he is a lyrical rapper and really cares that lyrics should have a message. If you want to check out one more freestyle from him check out Broken GPS freestyle it is a combination of two of his freestyle he has done. It has sub on the video.

Yesss do Mino's Killing Verse. He's an idol rapper and he's well respected in underground scene too. He was a runner up in Show me the Money S4 (Korea's Rap Survival Show) and became a producer at S10. He's a very versatile artist and he make his own beats.
