There is no such thing as “man made climate change”. Since it’s creation the planet has gone through (and will continue to go through) natural cycles of heating up and cooling down. Every single prediction of future disastrous climate events made in the last 70 years have failed to materialize. In todays lunatic parlance, a heatwave or a particularly cold spell are now considered as proof of “climate change”. The invocation of “net zero” policies is going to cause more misery and impact on the population than any of these death cultists insane and unfounded predictions…

Also these ice cores can only be taken at a few points on or planet and they don't record attual temperatures. As with all predictions we are forced to assume the people who's job it is to prove these things are right, but 70 years ago they were predicting a new ice age.

Hence even a woman missing her mother's funeral, a man missing his last goodbyes to his dying father, a patient dying because the ambulance was severely (or I should say fatally) delayed even because of them and even that doesn't seem to wash with them. There was NO PART of the UK which hit forty degree Celsius temperatures this summer. Parts of LONDON came close to hitting forty degrees but London is not the whole of the UK! My part of the South East topped out at about thirty six/ thirty seven and though it was hot, it was actually really pleasant! Summer 1976 saw temps across the UK in the high thirties and for considerably longer than forty eight hours.

She mentions 1,700 people dying this year in the "heatwave" (although I would also dispute these figures) yet far more people die during cold weather. The best summer of my life , absolutely glorious. The weathermen were standing in front of the map of the UK with the sun scattered over it , not triangles with exclamation marks in warning us to take precautions . Also I remember “experts” telling us to get use to it because it was going to be the norm ! In my opinion the next glorious summer since 76 was 2020 during Covid

I live in southern Spain part of the year for its warmth which normally reaches 38-42oC every year and it has been doing since I can remember. Very rarely do the elderly die from these temperatures as they stay indoors and drink plenty water. Those that they stated that died, during this years high temperatures of no more than a week, were probably not from heat but other underlying problems. I’m here now and yesterday was 33oC and there were plenty of elderly people enjoying it! These climate activists are hysterical and always exaggerate the situation in order to scare people which is not working. It’s now having the opposite effect. The climate has always changed it cyclical. Can someone please tell me why it’s always white middle class/Uni educated or white middle class retired teacher/social worker types that are the activists. I haven’t seen many working class white/black or Asian activists!

I sit here and listen to all news on 'Just stop oil ' climate change etc. But I am still trying to work out why they say that drilling for oil is killing the population? The covid response cost to the NHSwas offset by extra government funding. The issue with the NHS is NOT that it is underfunded, because it isn't, it is how the funds it has are spent! Get rid of most of the middle managers and so called diversity and gender equality champions and replace them with old fashioned matrons and the NHS would be in a far better place.

The reason we see these waiting lists is because over the pandemic we saw the NHS becoming the National Covid service GP refused to attend visits or face to face consultations scheduled operations cancelled wards closed down and this is the consequences of that response
