I always used to filter my tap water with a Brita. A few years ago here in North Carolina we found out that Dupont has been dumping chemicals in the river since the 80s. Now I only drink bottled water that isn't bottled in NC. I don't drink soda, just coffee and water. You guys should do a show on GenX (the chemical not the people). I don't want to only drink water by the jug but I feel like I don't have other options at this point. Also, I have read that reverse osmosis water removes all the minerals and when you drink it, it actually leeches the minerals from you body. Like distilled water.

They have "remineralized" filters which is right before the faucet to add back in some minerals. This is what I use. The TDS difference with and without the filter is definitely measurable.

I'm new to your youtube channel but I've been listening to your podcast on iheartradio for a long time. This is the only podcast I listen to consistently. I am against bottled water as well. I am fortunate to have good water and a good filtration as well. Thanks guys!

They have done hundreds of blind taste tests and the average person cannot tell the difference between tap water and bottled water.

I'll be honest... I saw these pop up and I was "oh shit, we're getting a visual." I'd say I'm disappointed because I've listened to every episode, but I'm not because I happily listen to every episode over and over. You guys rock. I was lucky to see you a few years back and I was complemented on my shirt haha. Which was great because the question I asked after the show was something like: "I've heard you both reference several, somewhat obscure bands. They really cover a large spectrum of genres. If the two of you started a band, what type of music would you play. Most importantly, WHAT'S THE BAND NAME?"
