I make raman noodles all the time. Eggs, green onions, white onions also. Put chopped chicken, sausage any kind of meat. Fish, shrimp. I mix all kinds of foods in it. Grat food.

I wasn't sure how the first recipe would turn out, since the eggs are added out of the blue, but I was surprised to learn that there is a way to do it this way. I also thought that common instant fried noodles could be beautifully mixed with scrambled eggs in this way. Thank you very much for this wonderful cooking method.

EXTREMELY interesting recipes! We have instant Ramen in the house but I usually don't touch it 😁 This is worth a shot.

in Hong Kong, we have a stir fried version with melted cheese. Absolutely delicious

Put the butter in a pan and wait until it melts.Fry the eggs until they are happy and chop them into pieces.Boiled noodles pour out the water.Let's mix it with fried eggs and cook.You will get a fragrant and delicious taste.

One small tip: After the noodles are cooked, rinse them thru cold water to cool it down, and then fry it. The texture is much better, not soggy at all.

And get as much water out of the noodles as possible. Since we will be frying them, and we all know that water and hot oil don't mix too good. Also, one might let the noodles sit in the hot oil a bit so they start to crisp up before adding the egg.

It can be a good suggestion, Rapaghett. But where has gone the good flavored soup replaced by a lump of butter! It is fun though, I will try your recipe.

It's pleasant to watch and to know people discover what I made many many years ago while I was college with very little money (ramen, egg, green onion, seasoning are cheap then and now, plus only one pan to clean up).

Me too on Ramens...can juice it up with ANY chopped veggies herbs etc. Put some healthy in the good medium.

I cook the ramen and add garlic and onion powder along with a little Buffalo sauce to it (mild version) and mix it up thoroughly...and, let it all marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Next day, re-heat, YUM!

Ramen noodles are high in fat. So grab what ever noodles you have on hand. Spaghetti works well. Egg noodles will work nicely and many other Asian style noodles are great.
