Ingredients:
6 eggs
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whole milk
100g (4oz) Gruyere cheese or any
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Season with salt and pepper
Green onions (optional)
1/2 tsp butter or olive oil for greasing the pan
Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 20 minutes

5 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
700 g (1 1/2 lb.) red potatoes
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 eggs
Chives
7-12 green olives
115 g (1/4 lb.) Manchego cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C
Bake until eggs are set and potatoes are tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
Adjust oven to broil and cook tortilla until top is lightly browned, about 3 minutes (optional)
Serve hot or at room temperature 😋😋😋

I just made this and it was delicious! My family also liked it. I added a few very thin tomato slices to the top after about 10 minutes of baking. I also added a tiny sprinkle of crushed red pepper.

Watching you making all these beautiful recipes with eggs you got me pretty hungry and I have all the ingredients needed the ham turkey recipe diced up with the tomatoes but a different cheese I had it all!
