Don’t you want to know the truth or are you afraid of it? The shareholders are asking a simple question what is the shares count. Trade station already stated they can’t deliver the shares If we are wrong and all the shares are accounted for then we go away and if there is an imbalance then the regulators you feel sorry for are accountable

You leave out so much information. You leave out the communications from brokers and the VICE PRESIDENT of OTC markets saying there would be trading on the 9th and 12th. You leave out the OCC memo that dropped before the merger informing shorts they would not have to close. You leave out the fact that short sellers have a LIABILITY that they have not settled. Ultimately the question that is most important you don’t ask, WHAT IS THE SHARE COUNT? Tradestation doesn’t have enough shares to send to the transfer agent.
This is garbage. There is so many important details missing. How do you sell stock you dont own? Sec rule 203b. And how does a Series A preferred stock get listed without the concent of the authroized issuer? It traded for 14 months illegally! And then Finra changed change the corporate action which is a violation of Finra rule 6490 before stock settlement was interfered with via a U3 halt which is determined by the UPC. Nobody talks about the UTP ADF that allows for nefarious trading created by Institutions and not retail.
