@ObeseCaligula Not only is food now triple the cost over the last two years but gasoline just went up to $3.60/gal. so try feeding a generator now. We are all in the same sinking boat together.

You can use old newspapers as toilet paper, it helps if you crumple it up then unfold it several times.....

@KathySmith-fy2ks They say it starts to strengthen tomorrow when the dry air and wind shear gets cut off. I don't know why folks think tornadoes are worse than hurricanes since the eye of a hurricane is just one big giant tornado with a bunch of little tornadoes spinning off of it. I have been through five hurricanes and of those I have gone through three eyes, Charlie, Irma, and Ian. The other two were Jeanne and Francis. Wherever that eye goes with those sustained winds its just total devastation. Central Florida has been particularly unlucky for a number of years now while the big cities have gotten away almost scot-free. The law of averages are going to catch up to the big cities sooner or later.

Feels like this is another Katrina. Hope people get out. Full tank of gas, food watercbatteries for cell etc. Prepay hotel room ahead ask for evac rate. Leave now. Before evac. U dont want to get stuck with your gas going down. No power; no ATM no pump gas flood house 6 plus feet, pitch black in a flood house with food rotting cant flush toilet a mess. Go now. You can always come back. Better safe than sorry. Take care all ❤ former county worker left ahead of evac avoided fights in stores, gas ran out etc. Survived 2 floods 2 evac with 3 children.

Why does the federal government need to help anyone. The help should be coming from the local governments! Then, filter up to State, then Fed! GOP wants smaller Fed government, but I think people don’t really understand what that means…..
