Just How Good is Austin Butler's Feyd-Rautha?

Фильм және анимация

Let's just be honest for a second, we all love the villain. A good villain can turn an average film into a great one, and they are the characters that always stick in our memory the longest. But why is this?
Well in this video, I'm going to attempt to answer that question. Some of you may wonder how I'm planning on doing this... well click the video to find out!

You mentioned that Austin Butler is a great voice actor when talking about his voice for Elvis and Feyd Rautha. His voice was completely different than those two characters when he played Tex Watson in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. That was done shortly before Elvis. Someone had to point out to me it was Austin Butler and I didn't believe them until I saw the casting. The voice, the look was completely different. He seems to immerse himself. I don't think people realized that and only knew him from Elvis and gave him a hard time for the voice not realizing that he is in fact a great voice actor.

I am just starting to follow Austin I have never watched Elvis but plan to but he seems to me like one of those that is coming out of nowhere to just takeover Hollywood I do see him reaching Leo Dicaprio/Brad Pitt level of worldwide fame and influence he is just a star I know the likes of Timothee Chalamet and Jacob Elordi are being heavily pushed as the next big thing but my money is on Austin to supercede the both of them only because he has this confidence and charisma and elegance that is reminiscent of old Hollywood movie stars he just has that aura I wish him the best of luck its gonna be exciting to watch his career and without a doubt he is gonna win an Oscar

I would put Ralph Fiennes as Amon Goeth over Waltz /Landa. But it's just my opinion. This is the most vicious, visceral and yet in many ways subtle representation on screen of the pits of human depravity and cruelty. Not to mention, that no fictional villain can compare to the characters that are based on real life people. As for Feyd-Rautha and Austin Butler he definitely stole the whole movie for me. Also some other notable mentions of on screen villains in my book are: Jack Torrence from Kubrick's Shining, Sister Ratchet from "One Flew over... ". Hopkins as Lector is of course a legendary performance, my favourite Joker of all time is Phoenix though.

Wasn't enough screen time. 16 mins total I believe. Ledger had 26 I think. Bugs me when the most interesting character isn't shown much. The Dark Knight sucks without Ledger.
