Gonna say this very vaguely so nothing is spoiled. I think he knew what was coming in the end and chose to accept his fate and "stand like a man" he wasn't stupid. He wasn't naive.

Yes. I agree that he knew what was going to happen, or at least sensed it.

Austin as Benny was perfect. Jeff needed someone who could play a believable biker who was aesthetically beautiful yet emotionally unavailable actor. Kathy and Johnny were both in love with Benny. They both wanted him 100%. Benny was Benny.

For what it's worth, Tom Hardy's voice was inspired by Marlon Brando. Also, Jodi Comer's voice was a dead-on impression of the real-life woman her character was loosely based on. There's a fascinating interview with Jeff Nichols where he plays a bit of an audio interview with her, and it's haunting how good Comer did.

I'm very glad you said it too! Jodie worked so hard on that accent and it's so impressive!!! She did not want an Illinois accent....she wanted Kathy's accent! Remarkable....how hard she worked on it! And if you didn't see or HEAR her in Killing Eve...then you don't know squat about Jodie!! Not you but the people saying her Kathy accent is weird....thanks for your comment...❤

I think you could be right

Loved the movie, it had a quite vibe that told the characters story and we had a chance to live in the atmosphere of MC's groups in the 50's and 60's.

Can't to watch for Michael Shannon's part. Dude kills in everything he's in

This movie is awesome and thanks Jeff Nichols and Tom Hardy and Jodie Comer and austin Butler fir helping him maje it even more awesome!!!!!!❤❤

I loved the movie

the only beef I have is Harley Davidsons are over represented, otherwise great film

You don’t feel for any of the characters and there is no ark. It’s really average

I think it would be odd if Noah appeared in this movie.

I felt this movie was a step backwards for Jeff Nichols. Cinematography and production was really well done though. The entire cast seemed like they were on autopilot. 6.5/10
