I live in Nebraska so I see it way more then you I’m in tornado alley we just got a new roof then it hailed the next week and tonight where supposed to have tornados and hail wish me luck.

Idk how long ago he built it but with the market most likely insurance will come in and give him more then he spent to build it, just a upgrade due to natural disaster 😂

@@user-ju8lt8ip1x you must've never been an actual natural disaster, insurance doesn't pay you shit anymore. We just went through hurricane Ian two years ago, insurance paid pennies on the dollar. And now everybody in Southwest Florida's getting their insurance canceled on them. 🤷🏻‍♂️🫤

@@purdyfuntimes923 had a old garage that was built in 1970 for like 5k, collapsed in 2017 insurance came looked at all the tools inside and actual damaged of collapsed roof, gave 14k flat insurance, got a brand new upgraded garage built from buddys that work at the lumber shop and another buddy did all the electric for just under 14k with 500 or so left for gift cards for workers. So yes I have lost something insured to a natural disaster and it ended with me getting one sick upgrade
