Just Do This One Thing And Your Bike or Scooter Engine Won't Require Engine Work Before 1 Lakh KM
A new motorcycle or scooter (scooty) breaking-in period or running-in-period lasts for about the first 1000 km on the road. This procedure is typically what manufacturers and enthusiasts call the technique for operating the bike / scooty when it is new.
You must all have heard about the term bike run-in period (or break-in period). In simple terms this is the period where you need to take utmost care of your Bike’s engine, and the dealer and the manufacturer will advice you not to rev hard, and stay within specific rpm limits till you reach a specified mileage.
Most manufactures mention 1000-2000 kilometers as the run-in period. So, this is the time when you should be extra careful about your newly acquired motorcycle.
In the new bike's engine, all internal core components such as cylinder, piston, etc are brand new and the bike may done hardly a few kilometer before it reaches you; hence the engine needs to settle down making things inside it smoother.
All moving parts of the engine are manufactured in such a way to fit precisely with one another while it is running. But in real time (practical term) this can be done after you run-in the bike for certain kilometers, during the run in period these moving parts rub against each other, get polished and they get synchronised perfectly. During this period lubricant plays a vital role by setting a thin coat of lubrication on all engine parts.
So one should handle the bike in a gentle way. If you rev it hard to reach the red line in the run in period it will make more metal to metal contact resulting in higher wear and tear which may have grave repercussions in the longer running of your motorcycle. So, proper break in provides longer engine life.

Maine apna Xblade ko 525km pe first engine oil change Kia fir 1350km pe second time engine oil change Kia ab 2500km pe third engine oil change karwaunga. Pehla 3 bar jaldi change karwane se engine ki life achha rehta hai... Aur Honda is a king of smooooothness!!! :) :)

Bhai dusra bike le lo ya usi ka engine banwa lo waise bhi 50 hazar chalne ke baad mileage khatam ho jaata aur pickup Kam ho jaata aur reliable bhi nahi rehta bike kabhi bhi seize ho skta engine ulta nuksaan krdega wo bike uska half engine karwa lo 8-10 hazar me jo jaayega mileage pickup badiya ho jaayega.
Main bhi aysa hi kiya tha mere bike par... First 300 km me first change kiya tha engine oil... Aur fir 1500 mein dobara change kiya tha

Thanks bro for your opinion Thik Yehu wala galti Maine Mera Hero Acheiver 150 mein kiya tha 1st service 700km mein kiya engine oil bhi change kiya. Uske baad 2nd service 3000kms mein kiya aur us time 2nd time engine oil change kiya. Iske bich mein engine oil change nahi aur koi bataya bhi nahin. Uske baad to koi problem nahi Hua. Main bike chalate chalate 35000 kms Hua tab engine mein problem hona shuru hogaya aur white smoke bhi fekne laga. Aab mein Mera Tvs Radeon bike mein yeh wala dobara nahi dohraha. 1st service 500 km ke baad firse Maine 1500 kms mein engine oil change kiya fir Main 2800kms mein 3rd time engine oil kiya is baar Maine synthetic oil use kiya. Pehle do baar toh Maine normal engine oil change kiya tha. Kya Maine sahi kiya abhi Main Har 2600kms mein Main engine oil change karta hoon àur synthetic oil dalta hoon

Ct100 Kawasaki wala engine be bhut acha engine ha.. mera father k pss aaj be ha 2004 model ha pr hafe engine kafi bar huya ha pr full engine 2 bar.. quality to Kawasaki wala engine ke thi best.. new bike be le thi ct100 but wo 30000km pr he khul gyi company ne free of cost thik to kr di pr ek chiz ka pta chal Baja wale ab Kawasaki wala engine nhi deta.m bus copy right le rka ha pr engine wesa bna nhi skte.. ct100,paltina, boxer . Discover ke 100-125c model m aatw the kuch model tak..
I get my bike Passion Pro BS4 serviced at every 3000 kms and engine oil also in every 3000 kms, and never crossed the speed of 60km/Hr no problem till now, no extra cost in 5 years. Running smoothly like brand new bike

50,000 km pe krwa Lena chahiye nahi toh realible nahi rehta bike aur pickup aur mileage bhi 50,000 km ke baad bekar ho jaata hai chahe jitna maintain kr lo Aisa hi car me 1.5-2 lakh km pe hota hai engine ka kaam.
