UPDATE: The actual fast charge of the earbuds with ANC ON is 1.2h with 10 mins in the case. The 10 min charge that equals 8 hours I believe is the fast charge of the case battery not the earbuds.

How much bigger is the nothing ear buds case compared to airpods. It's a deal breaker if it's too big to fit in pocket. Especially since I typically wear jeans that are on the tighter side

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

Kudos for the paused deficit deadlifts too, mate!

Fast charging for the Nothing is 8hr on a 10 min charge but you have to be charging the case at the same time the buds are in it. If you just put them in the case without the charging cable you'll get 1-2 hrs playback. Big difference there. Thanks for the comparison nice job 🔥🔥🇺🇸

Compare the nothing war stick vs AirPods Pro 2. They both have volume controls and the nothing ear stick is not sealed in

Is the battery life og nothing ear 2 good. Theoretically 4 hours with ANC seems poor. How is it in real life scenario with High ANC and 50% volume. I usually use without listening to music with just ANC on while flying Airplane. How is the battery in such a scenario. Can it last 5 hours with just anc and no music??? If anyone can share it will be a great help and will be highly appreciated!

If you use the airpods with your galaxy phone, do they auto play/pause when you take them out of your ear or is that only with iPhone?

The problem that I've always had and that I still have with earbuds that barely have 4 hours of battery 🔋 life in ANC is that 1-2 after, they end up with a maximum of 2 hours of battery🔋 life. $150 may seem ''little'' compared to other high-end earbuds at $250-$300, but I think that's way too much for earbuds that can only be used for 2 years. The Earfun Air S at $60 for 2 years, ok, the JBL Live Pro 2 at $80-$100 for 8 hours of battery so at least 3-4 years of use ok, but earbuds at more than $100 for 2 years maximum, Nope 🙅🏽‍♂️. Ps: on the other hand, the microphones of the Nothing in a noisy environment are really good, well above the Airpods Pro, they are as good in this area as the Earfun Air S.

Bro if u re a bass lover avoid it but if u love mids and separation its quite good though Oppo Enco X2 is far better choice , you should go with Enco x2 cause they have 2 different drivers unlike Nothing ear 2 ​@@jaychavhan2603

I went with the pro 2 AirPods due to nothing having QC issues. AirPods case is the most convenient also, i know they are double the price (at least in Sweden) but i got apple Care with them so it's ok. Version 1 of nothing is notorious for disconnects, no pairing, random stops.

Do they still have the issue that you only get mono-sound if you only use one earbud and the other one is in the case?

James: You point out that the fit of these buds is overall great. Were you able to get a fit test performed in the app that verified that you were using the correct size? Every "fit test" I took with any and all the included tips told me to either "adjust or change the tips". Did you ever get a "good fit" in the app? I can't with mine.

I love air pods pro! Clean balanced sound, yes need custom EQ though , sound is subjective, I like bass, but I’m no bass head, like tight and controlled, might check these out, can always return them if not happy

You haven't tried the spatial audio watching movies on airods pro 2 they are insane & unbeievably immersive.. for me the spatial audio makes it the best earbuds on the planet..

Great review! I am planning to buy my first wireless earbud, but it's so hard to decide. Airpods Pro 2 really tempts me, but Nothing Ear 2 are literally half the price, just slightly worse in quality, and looking much better. I feel like Airpods Pro 2 is the best choice... just not financially lol

If you use apple products it’s worth the extra cost but that really depends on your personal finance situation

Certain earbuds have 'pressure release' which are supposed to decrease the pressure when plugged into your ears. Is that a gimmick or really a thing? (I am using a pair of Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 buds, could not wish for better - I am just curious)

Both are solid, nothing ear 2 slightly better sound and mic quality. JBL have a more bass heavy tuning though if you like that

@@mah92lk I'm currently using Nothing Earbuds but they are not that Good in terms of ANC and also average call quality! I was about to recommend you AirPods Pro 2 but since you have an Android Device you can go with Google Pixel Buds Pro which I assume will work nicely with your Pixel phone.

In future, nothing earbuds might be one of the best choice for most users.

I have the airpods pro 2. One of them broke because I was showering with them (I took a risk, lol). I bought the Nothing Ear 2 because it seems to be the only earphones available that I can use while having a meeting in a cafe.

You’re comparing a headphone to an earbud it’s going to give you a different experience. I find headphones more immersive in ways, similar to how you explain it. Earbuds can give you better detail and a more precise sound. I find myself using both
