They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

As a owner of both these earbuds, I can most definitely agree with this Picky review. Both are really good earbuds, but the price difference makes it a easy choice for most average people

I have to choose which one you would recommend soundpeats mini pro hs Soundcore life a3i. End earfun air pro 2

So i bought these TWS earbuds after doing some research (including watching this video!) and overall they are a really good choice BUT I find that the oval shaped section that sits in your ear presses on the cartilage on my left ear and causes quite a bit of discomfort. To the point that I don't really care to wear them for longer than an hour cause the pain becomes more irritating than it's worth. I'm wondering if you've got any recommendations for a similarly performing earbud that fits more like that airpods pro 2? I also have been having issues with the audio randomly cutting out on these for like 0.5 secs. I've tried disabling the audio/movie mode as well as trying both of those aforementioned modes. No luck. Did I just get a lemon in that regard?

very nice video, ended up getting the JBL live pro 2, quite happy with them, the controls and app suck but the headhones themselves are great, iv' been bike riding and exercising with them no problem - hardly ever have to adjust!

Would like to know if JBL charges on 3 N 1 chargers from Amazon. I have been looking for a review showing this, and have yet to find one!

I don't listen at lower volumes as much, but the pixel buds a series sound really good at low volume.

Hey man love your reviews! My tronsmart apollo bold stopped working and I'm looking for a new pair of the same type of sound and fit for weight lifting. The jabra 75t (elite or active?) sounds like a great option but do you have a recommendation for a cheaper pair? I also have neobuds pro which sounds awesome and have great ANC but the fit is not secure enough for my gym sessions.

The jabra 75t would be a solid choice. SoundPEATS H1 or JBL Tune 230nc are my two next bass heavy picks. The fit may or may not be great though. It works for some so the only way to know is to try it out

The air pods do have live listen. Same thing. Where you hear yourself through the microphone that would be using when talking to someone or making a voice recording ect… its different than transparency mode. I prefer the transparency over live listen. Stay safe great video!!!

I red somewhere that the JBL are water proof andthey said you can wash them under the tap with no issues just to make sure it's dry as possible before putting them in the case it's self

Excellent review-informative and balanced. The genres section is very handy. The AirPod pro 2s are top in pretty much every category by most reviewers- except price. Good to hear something that's cheaper. Impressed in your review by the AirPods microphone quality compared to the jbl. But those sounded fine for the price. For sound quality the AirPods Pro 2 stand out, along with the Sennheiser Momentum 3 which are reduced to less than the AirPods Pro 2 atm. I went for Sony linkbud S and love their lightness. And a good sound. The wfxm4 are heavily discounted, but found them less comfortable.

can you do a comparison of the club pro+ vs the tour pro+

As an owner of both I agree both are more the great earbuds but I still cant believe why cant JBL solve the singular bud controll problem.. it would be so good if I could set that instead of siri or ok google I could change ANC and transparency it would be much much better and its 100% software solvable. One extra for the bad and sametime good things in airpods: the airpods has a lot lot better bass if you can tune it in every software Apple sounds and spotify and Bluetooth settings, but using an airpods on a Android is horrible.. there is a lot of problems the bass is non existence sometimes the airpods pro 2 controll the earbuds volume separately from the phone volume so if your airpods pro 2 is quiet on android than swipe up till the airpods reach the volume limit than set the volume on the phone how you like it

How’s the JBL microphone ability to pickup the users voice for calls while blocking ambient/background sound? I want an earbud to wear on the go for calls like when walking downtown. I see people do this a lot with the 😊AirPod pros.

Jabra elite 75t still number 1 they just don’t make them anymore and jabra’s new buds aren’t as bass heavy. Sennheiser momentum 3 with bass boost on is my fave at the moment though

Yep it works and you just tap on the earbud to activate it

Personally I find the mids of the JBL much better, much more natural, it's true that those of the Airpod Pro 2 are put forward, but they sound false to me, much too pronounced. And the JBLs have Google Assistant built in hands-free, much better than Siri. The Airpod Pro 2 are not bad, but for me they are not worth their current price, especially compared to earbuds like the Soundcore Liberty 4 or these JBLs that can even be found around $70 - $90. Ps: the Airpod Pro 2 are neither the 1st nor the only ones to have a water resistant case, Jaybird, OnePlus and others already had water resistant cases. And above all, Happy New Year to you. 🙏🏽

Bought the JBL Live Pro 2: Very good sound output. Nice mic for calls. But the mic does not work on any other device or app, besides calls. Tried whatsapp, instagram, sound recorder and several other. I tried on 3 different phones (different brands even...), also tried on 2 different PC's and no sound detected from the mic. And yes, I went to setting and selected the JBL live mic as main mic and nothing. I returned that first pair, got a new one and exactly the same issue. So yeah, JBL Live Pro 2 appears to be an excellent earbuds, but why have 6 mics if they don't work? I returned the second pair and got my money back...

I even double checked the PC and MS Teams definitions to ensure the earphone mic was selected and it was. It is a shame, because the sound was good, but without the mic working, this equipment is not what I wanted.

Yes, the sound is very nice, but there is a problem with the right earphone. I bought 3 and the right earphone of 2 of them does not work. I think there is a problem with the software. It does not recognize the right earphone.

I would LOVE to see you do a video review of 3rd party tips for AirPods Pro 2 🙏 There are SOOOOO many to choose from and I really value your opinion and appreciate your EXCELLENT reviews. Foam Masters? Sonicfoam? Link Dream? Lanwow? Proof Labs? Comply? SpinFit? CharJen? I love AirPods Pro, but they just do not fit in my ear well, no matter which size tip I use from Apple. Please consider doing this video. Thank you 🙏 PS: I have many other earbuds with silicone tips. Some fit great, some not so great. What seems to be the factor for me is how deep in my ear they go. The deeper the better. If they are too short and the fit is too shallow, they always seem to push out or fall out. My most comfortable pair are a cheap $20 Jlab Go Air Pop I got just to use at the gym, but now they are my favorite earbuds above even my AirPods Pro 2 which cost $250! The only issue with the Jlabs are the mic is bad for phone calls. Other than that, these would be my ONLY earbuds and I'd be happy.

So if I listen to a lot of music with bass, for example hard style, the Jbl Live pro 2 are better ?

Yea I have the same issue. The sound won’t be exactly the same but with some EQ you can get it close enough. The fit and ANC improvements are pretty massive, in that case I would say it’s worth it

Avoid the JBL live pro 2, I sent them back today. The audio cuts for few seconds 7 times a day. They are horrible for running and cycling, you hear more wind than music. It's a shame because the sound quality was top notch.

The live pro 2 have better quality and their anc is astonishing. Easy choice.

Use the voice assistant to change tracks on the jbl. Problem solved.

Jbl sound gets cut for 1-2 seconds every 10-15 minute of usage. 🙏🙏

Buddy if apple is paying you to make this comparaison just say it. You giving way too much credit to the airpods and we all know they are overated. The JBL Tune 230 NC is as good as the airpods pro 2 so imagine how good the JBL Live pro 2 in terms of performance ? It is way better than airpords pro 2 in every aspects: durability, comfort in ears, don’t slip off your ears while working out, sound quality, 6 microphones and so on. Just because someone doesn’t agree with your opinion doesn’t mean they are insincere with their review. Grow up and learn to accept different opinions, I own both and agree with him on his points. Apple is a better product and has more utility IF you are a apple user. I personality use the Jbl more but when I want to use ALL the features available to me, I have to pick apple.

In this video you rate the Jbl an 8/10 for subwoofer. In the comparison against the Soundcore LP3 you rate these a 8.5/10 Not that it’s wrong but I’m more interested to what’s your final thoughts And how these Jbl’s compare to your Jabra 75t’s ?

Yea the rating is rough honestly. But they are closer to an 8.5, even a 9/10 with the EQ. 75t still have more deep sub bass and can be EQ’d to a 10/10 as well

Good review however I have say the airpod pro are shit like shit. Jbl is always going to be way way better then that crappy airpod bro.

I returned them! Great bass but noatter how I adjust the eq, crap midst and highs! Went with bose qc 2 and dayum! Made me sell my Sony buds and my sennheiser buds too.

I have the Live Pro 2's and I can hardly hear them and what I do hear is tinny and thin ... just like those old crystal earbuds of the 60's ... very disappointing 🥹🥲..... I doubt if the audio level gets as far as 20% .... I much prefer a pair of el cheapo dynamic buds from Woolies for $14 !
