If you have ever dreamed of filling your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread, this video is for you. I'm sharing a secret quick bread recipe that's so delicious and easy to make, you'll never want to buy bread again. I don't buy bread anymore. Now I bake using this method almost every day.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Leave for 5 minutes.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 150 g of wheat flour.
Grease the table with oil.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 50 minutes.
Airy as a cloud.
Grease the table with oil.
Form a ball.
Divide into 4 parts.
Sprinkle the baking tray with flour.
Cover with a towel for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
Lubricate the surface with water.
Make cuts with a blade or knife.
Sprinkle them with flour.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Everything's all right.
Let them cool completely.
I don't buy bread anymore.
Now I bake using this method almost every day.
Crispy crust and soft interior.
