📋 INGREDIENTS:
boiled rice 200 grams
chicken egg 1 piece
olive oil 20 milliliters
onion ½ piece
carrot 1 piece
wheat flour 1 tablespoon
parmesan 2 tablespoons
salt ½ teaspoon
black pepper ½ teaspoon
red paprika ½ teaspoon
breadcrumbs 200 grams
olive oil 50 milliliters
🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Add the rice to a plate
Break 1 egg into the rice and stir.
Dice the onion and fry in a pan with olive oil.
Grate the carrots
Add the carrots to the onions and fry in the pan.
Add flour to the carrot and onion mixture and mix well.
Add grated parmesan, salt, pepper, red pepper and stir to combine.

Form cutlets
Coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan and melt the butter.
Fry the cutlets on both sides
