1 piece of stale bread.
2 tablespoons of butter (50 grams).
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (30 grams).
parsley.
2 tomatoes.
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon of salt (3 grams).
sausage.
cheddar cheese (60 grams).
Baking recommendation: 20 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.

I'm from Maryland & watch many of your videos. I make something similar you should give a try. In essence, it's a caprese salad on a baguette & baked in the oven. When done, I give it an extremely small drizzle of EVOO, balsamic vinegar, and lastly finished off with a few chiffonade strips of fresh basil. Although when I started making it @15 years ago, it was meant to be an accompaniment to dinner, it stole the "show," so to speak, so it was gobbled up with dinner never being touched lol, from then on, I have made it just to have on its own or as part of hours of appetizers for things like the superbowl, new years, etc..... Thank you for sharing your recipes with us 😊
