Thank you for this interesting recipe. Please tell me, how long does the cooking take? Is the heat high or medium? This looks good for lunch with tomato salad and black olives. bout hiw long

I set it to high heat first and then turn it over to low heat. :) It was fast for me, 2-3 minutes on one side, and even faster on the other.
