There’s so many variables that to determine who the best manager is is negh on impossible. It’s not as easy as x manager has 1 trophy and is therefore better than y manager who has 0.

I don't think it's possible to not like Klopp. Football aside he comes across as a top bloke. Maybe if you're a United or Bayern fan you'll automatically hate the guy but he seems like a good guy

Why would Bayern hate him? He made Bayern better by building a great competition for them, but ultimately lost to them. Most Bayern fans want him in München, and most great German coaches end up there

Darren - I love fans like you, who have no idea about the context of the teams he’s coached (or the multiple Bundesliga titles he won with 1/8 of the budget of Bayern, and DFB-Pokal). It really shows how ignorant fans can be when they just go “trophies trophies trophies” and ignore even the teams the manager has managed. Bet you hadn’t even heard about him before he signed for LFC, don’t give me some BS about having seen more than two of his BVB matches.

What - seems like you know even less about his tenure! he took over a 2nd division relegation side with a 10k stadium capacity, had them finish close to promotion for a couple years and then got them promoted, AND they finished 11th in the Bundesliga before getting relegated. it’s like what Wagner did with Huddersfield but even better. If you don’t think Mourinho or Guardiola would have gotten relegated with that Mainz squad and their finances, you are not an informed football fan.

Klopp is the greatest thing that has ever been happened to LFC. I LOVE THIS GUY.
