He is dead right. He is a great coach! This is just for fun, but he saw the issue and corrected it straight away. He regressed, and Klopp just calmly reminded him to relax, and get the head up

very true... First being a Pro footballer on TOP of that - competing in an elite league like EPL - not a joke to be honest, Just coz I play football all my life - I cannot really compare with a PRO let alone EPL ..lol

@@slappagon Maguire is a pretty decent player to be fair. It's just that he is at a big club so if he does a mistake he gets more exposure that he would do at a smaller club. And then there is the internet just pilling pressure on him for some reason I don't get. Van Dijk has been atrocious at times this season and he didn't get the "Maguire's treatment "🤷‍♂️

The way on the defensive drill when he wanted to tap out and Jurgen makes him do one more which he scores is exactly the reason why players need a coach like Jurgen. Proving to them that they're stronger than their mentality builds incredible players.

You can tell why he is one of the best managers in the prem.

Jurgen literally knocked him down to build him right back up better! TOP COACH!

No matter who you support, having Klopp take the time to give honest tips was quite something

Spurs fan here I’ve always rated Klopp think he’s a class coach with a great personality But wow seeing this it’s just incredible Jurgen straight away picks up little tweaks and details which make such a huge difference Like on the physicality drill he let him do his first run but then told him to be calm when he’s on the ball and lookup Just goes to show how elite premier league managers are

Terrific coaching. Love what he said about changing the mood.

Yeah same. Makes perfect sense but I had never really considered it like that, or heard it said out loud I guess

‘Football is a constant mood change’… this is spot on. If you go on the field understanding this you’ll be in control and smarter. Klopp is ELITE 🙌🏽

Klopp does such a fantastic job of tempering Joe's rating expectations and he's dead on! The sweetest i've ever struck a ball in my 26 years as a casual baller would still probably only net me a shooting rating of about 30! Stamina may well be in the minus! The comparison between everyday folk and seasoned professionals playing at the peak of human performance is impossible to make.

It's always suprised me how poor proffesionals are at shooting in front of 50,000 fans. The goal is enormous and I know they are shooting for the corners in order to beat the keeper but it still amazes me how often they miss and how often they miss by such large margins. Perhaps they have to shoot with so much power that direction doesnt matter?

Brilliant coaching. Humbled him initially with realism but explained how to make small improvements and then offered praise/encouragement as he worked through the drills

I know this stuff is jokey, but Klopp actually gave him genuinely useful advice.

Joe just got a 1 to 1 coaching session with Jurgen Klopp, people would pay thousands for that. And, by the looks of Jurgens input it’d be well worth the money.
