Junt has a gift for talking, his little history segments in box mac, his knowledge in this video. He has the perfect intonation and pacing to just capture people regardless of the topics. He would kill it in sales

Sat through this entire video yesterday and also binge watched some box Mac. Junt haunted my dreams all night. Some good dreams some nightmares. He was chasing me in an arcade and I thought I had outrun him. I just wanted to play kickmaster NES (apparently arcade version) when he appeared again like Freddy Kruger.

I've got one of those Starfox pins from when my dad worked at Wal Mart back in the day. He'd bring home lots of cool promo pins for movies (I guess they were given to employees in the electronics dept. to pin to their shirts) and I always assumed the Starfox pin was a promo for the regular SNES game. Random fun fact: he also bought me Earthbound when they had it on clearance for $5. I still remember that red clearance sticker on it, which made me assume it must be a crappy game. I still have the cart and guide, really wish we would have kept the box lol.

Turtles IV: Turtles in Time is based on the Turtles in Time arcade game, not the original arcade game that the NES got a port of. So much fun watching other people who grew up around the same time I did discuss how much they enjoy the Super Nintendo

Please encourage John to sell off some of his surplus SNES consoles. The main reason why the price for them has skyrocketed on the resale market is because people are holding on to surplus consoles, which is driving up scarcity.

Near 34 minutes in, they are using the capcom soldier pad to play Mario Kart and are confused by L and R being face buttons. The controller is made for capcom fighting games, mostly SF2. Having L and R as face buttons mimics arcade buttons. You aren't supposed to grip the part with face buttons, but tap the buttons with your fingers like an arcade setup. If you do this properly, it is the best controller for fighting games on SNES, besides an actual fight stick. This video is great, all that said.

I know I'm 4 years late but some of the guys being puzzled by the L and R being part of the face button layout on the controller -- this is likely a controller designed specifically for fighting games, where this layout is common
