i just remembered this: on jungkook's first day of high school, he didn't pack his bag because the elder members arranged it for him. the members also cooked and prepared his lunch so he won't have to do it. jungkook is literally their baby.

I can't even count off my fingers how much money I've spent on you for food! How deep does your stomach go?? You know you still owe me--!" and then Kookie flashes him his bambi eyes and Jin grumbles but buys him the food anyway. Yoongi doesn't even fight it. He just buys it lol.

They are both introverts, so it helps. Suga does not get angry at his members, does not raise his voice at all. He is super calm. Even though he may appear cold and tease members, he is super soft and handles all members with care, Do not mix-up his rap persona with his real life persona. He is a super caring man.
