LOVE the stories, and I realize that its talks like this that I miss having in person. Great stories, and I LOVE the T-Shirt design, and the train rides to Del Mar. Keep up the good work.

Maybe we should convene at the Big Texan (or some local equivalent) and catch up!

Great responses! I especially enjoy any and all Disneyland stories. The subtle product placement for Tums after the steakhouse challenge story was pure genius.

Ha! Was it pure genius, or pure oversight? You were supposed to be looking at the railroad lantern in the background, but now I'm looking forward to my check from Tums, the official antacid of the Happiest Place on Earth!

I haven't done many tag videos, but they are lots of fun. I should do more of them. Glad you enjoyed it, and I'm looking forward to you own videos now that you've taken the step into BookTube yourself!

@@jscottphillips503 I figured I could freely carry on about books in BookTube videos so my children don't have to don those patient faces as I'm effusing enthusiastically at them. 😄

Thanks for tagging me mate. I like this tag. Not sure if I'll be getting my version out in June but I'm going to extend my June on the Range for a bit anyway...they're interesting questions. Love the stuff in the video about you seeing science fiction as a kid, and yeah, dogs are very special companions.

I've eaten at the Big Texan! I didn't even try the big steak meal; I was on a road trip to California, and I didn't want to take the inevitable breaks on the road trip after. Great food. This video is great!

That places is a classic! Everyone seems to have heard of it, far and wide. I mistakenly called it the Big Texan Steak RANCH. It's actually the Big Texan Steak HOUSE! I still think of it as a ranch, though. It certainly put its brand on me! Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for creating the tag! It was lots of fun.

@@jscottphillips503 You're welcome. I don't remember where I heard about the Big Texan, but I feel like I've known about it forever. I ate there in 2010. We took a road trip to Hollywood for the Turner Classic Movies Film Festival. I got you see The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly on the big screen with Eli Wallace in attendance!

I desperately wish I could take a train trip one day! But only if it has an open-air car. Or at least if you can open windows. The thought of seeing beautiful mountains, rivers, etc. and not being able to smell and feel it all would be torment.
