    This is why education is important. Abacha was a purely educated entitled northern that got to power because of the lopsided arrangement of the country. He had no strategy nor the capacity to run a country. we live through a disastrous government, and we can tell he was a disaster.

    At the end of the day, IBB could have really changed the destiny of Nigeria. I find the June 12 crisis sits at the center of what Nigeria could have been. At the very least, he might have saved us the tyranny of Abacha.
