Doing abit a research on Tzu's da, some story that so it is. Prominent figure in the UVF and at the start the UDA, He was shot three times by the IRA in one attack but survived and was also blown up by his own bomb that he planted himself too but also survived. On another occasion, while eating out with his wife in a Chinese restaurant, two IRA gunmen came in with guns, he managed to escape through the kitchen, two shots were fired but none hit him! He supposedly found god while serving his ten years in prison for a series of bombings and bank robberies, where fellow inmates in the prison included hunger striker, Bobby Sands! Because he says "johnny"? ... i was of the understanding he was rapping from the perspective of his fathers generation talking to him because of his stance on things i.e. he isnt poisoned by the hatred and intolerance his fathers generation perpetuated, the words seem to tell the story of the old attitudes toward his attitude, like he's broke the cycle and they cant accept or understand why....I would love to live to see a time when more of Ulsters children break that cycle of hate bigotry and intolerance.

Just because they ended in 98 doesn’t mean the communities aren’t still living with the aftermath. Just because a peace agreement was signed doesn’t mean it all instantly stopped, people are still attacked and even killed today all across Northern Ireland. The ideologies and bigotry are still a huge part of Northern Irish life and if you think it’s over you clearly haven’t spent much time here.

When we were younger we’d be in the Argera Irish club in Manchester every Sunday when I listened to wee Jonny the intro reminds me of being there and watching the Indians the travelling Indian showband I don’t no if u no if u have ever heard of them there from Dublin but they dress in Native American traditional clothes they sing Irish and American country and even do a bit of Bob Marley nowadays they would probably get calls out for cultural appropriation but I think it’s more a tribute to the spirit of both people the Irish and the Indians where about in Manchester did u live when u were here I’m in ordsall an there are So many people who are talented from round here they do all seem to have Irish roots I mean I’m not saying the English don’t produce talent I jus haven’t met any yet 🤣🤣
